Villa Bruca is a two-family house composed of two separate units.
The unit offered, Villa Bruca 1, includes a double bedroom with the possibility of adding two single beds, a spacious bathroom with a modern walk-in shower, and a kitchen-living area equipped with a double sofa bed and a pouf that converts into a single bed. The kitchen features a peninsula counter, ideal for cooking with a sea view.
The living room includes a large Full HD Smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video, and other major apps.
The accommodation is fully air-conditioned/heated and equipped with Wi-Fi.
Outside, guests have access to a relaxation area with sea view, including a dining table, barbecue, armchairs and a small outdoor sofa.
Guests can also walk freely in the garden, which features a small stream. Villa Bruca offers private on-site parking. Overlooking the Aeolian Islands, the property is located in Caronia Marina, in the heart of the Nebrodi Park.
The beach and the village center can be easily reached via a small bridge that leads directly to the seafront. Marina di Caronia is a small fishing village where groceries are still sold from Ape-cars passing through the streets and from small local shops.
It is an authentic place, far from mass tourism, where you can experience the real everyday life of a Sicilian coastal village.
