Villa Alice is an independent newly built villa, designed in the traditional “dammuso” style with its characteristic dome and overlooking the sea. It is a retreat immersed in nature, perfect for those seeking peace, privacy and an authentic stay.
The villa features two bedrooms — one double and one with two single beds — and a living room with kitchen where a sofa bed can accommodate a fifth guest.
A baby cot can be added upon request. Outdoors, you will find a private swimming pool measuring 5x5 meters with a depth of 1.30 m, ideal for cooling off, relaxing or allowing children to play safely. Next to the pool, in a reserved area of the garden, there is a Jacuzzi-style hot tub, perfect for moments of pure well-being surrounded by silence and nature. The large veranda of about 40 m² invites you to enjoy outdoor living, surrounded by light, calm and a panorama that stretches across the sea and the Aeolian Islands.
The property is fully fenced and equipped with a private gate, ensuring independence and total privacy. The interior spaces are bright, well cared for and inspired by Sicilian tradition, with a simple and welcoming design.
Each room is planned to ensure comfort throughout the year, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Villa Alice is located in one of the most peaceful and panoramic areas of the Sicilian Tyrrhenian coast, in the territory of Caronia, at the entrance of the Nebrodi Park.
This is a place where nature dominates: woods, trails, hills and unspoilt landscapes create an ideal setting for those who wish to experience Sicily in an authentic and quiet way. A few kilometres away are Caronia Marina, a small and genuine seaside village, and Santo Stefano di Camastra, renowned for its historic ceramic craftsmanship. The area is accessible via a provincial paved road, which is partially uneven but still passable.

Toller Ort um zu entspannen! Absolute Ruhe und atemberaubender Blick wie auf den Fotos. Man kann sich dort nur wohl fühlen! Ludovico war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar bei Fragen oder Problemen. Sehr gern wieder!
