Boutique Villa is an exclusive-use property located along the Tyrrhenian coast, nestled in a pine forest overlooking the sea.
The main part of the villa consists of three charming cottages.
Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a bathroom, and a living area with a kitchenette and dining space. Outside, in another cottage, there is a spacious kitchen with a stunning sea view. Within the garden stands a fascinating ceramic cottage with its own bathroom and shower, next to a beautiful terrace paved with blue volcanic stone tiles, reminiscent of the sea just in front of it. From here, you can admire breathtaking sunsets with views of the Aeolian Islands. Around the garden, you’ll find hammocks and sun loungers, centered around an outdoor lounge area where you can relax in the shade of a thatched roof. The villa offers direct access to the beach, a lava-stone barbecue, and a wood-fired oven. Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including private access to a secluded beach.
The garden also provides ample space for parking cars, bicycles, or motorbikes. The villa is located within the Nebrodi Regional Park, surrounded by a pine forest that stretches all the way to the sea. It’s the perfect place for nature lovers and those wishing to escape the city, offering an authentic retreat far from crowded tourist spots.
Several hiking trails start directly from the property, leading to enchanting natural sites. We are situated between the villages of Caronia Marina (3 km away) and Santo Stefano di Camastra, famous for its ceramics (5 km away). In just 30 minutes by car, you can reach the beautiful town of Cefalù and Sant’Agata di Militello, the departure point for trips to the Aeolian Islands.
