Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 21 m² living room with fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises - A 21 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (queen-size, real mattress), dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen including: Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower, double washbasin and WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: electric barbecue, iron and ironing board, raclette machine, Bluetooth sound bar.
Outside: - A 16 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Visit the bunkers and secret sites of the D-Day landings - Scuba diving - H2o Parapluies, French umbrella manufacturer - The British Memorial at Ver-sur-Mer - Auction every morning in the town centre - Kite-making workshop at Hermanville-sur-Mer Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one private space).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station and airport: Caen about 20 km away Other information : - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
