Boasting wonderful sea and beach views from the private terrace, this family-friendly retreat offers ground-floor living, a welcoming woodburning stove, and an external bedroom annex, perfect for families or friends with two well-behaved dogs. Step into this inviting single-storey property, and the first thing you’ll notice on the right is the inviting sitting room.
With its spacious corner sofa, exposed feature wall, and glowing woodburning stove, it’s a welcoming place to gather after a day at the coast.
A wall-mounted Smart TV and a collection of books mean there’s always something to enjoy, whether you’re looking for entertainment or a quieter evening.
Continue through to the heart of the home, which is the well-equipped kitchen and dining area, thoughtfully laid out for preparing meals and sharing them around the table.
From here, the property flows into four bedrooms, each offering a peaceful retreat.
Two doubles are tastefully furnished, one with its own Smart TV, while the third double is set in an external building, giving extra privacy alongside a Smart TV and en-suite shower room.
The final bedroom is a flexible twin that can be arranged as a super-king on request, also with a Smart TV.
A stylish bathroom with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC completes the main accommodation.

14 Marine Terrace, a single-storey cottage, consists of a kitchen/diner with range cooker, gas hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and dining table, and a sitting room with corner sofa, exposed wall, wood-burning stove, wall-mounted smart TV, and a selection of books. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, one double with an en-suite, and a twin. There is a bathroom with a freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail, and a WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden terrace with furniture, an enclosed rear garden patio with furniture and barbecue, and permit parking for one car. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. 14 Marine Terrace offers a splendid retreat, whatever time of year. Note: External double bedroom in annex can be booked a an extra cost.
