Our two bungalows, completed in 2025, are located in a 1,400 m² fully fenced orchard garden in a quiet setting.
Additionally, the property features a carport for storing bikes, etc., and an outbuilding.
The property is in close proximity to the canoe/raft landing site Unterhasel (approx. 200 m) and the Saale bike path (approx. 200 m).
The distance to Rudolstadt is 5 km and to Jena approx. 25 km.
A Norma discount store and a beverage market are about 1 km away, as well as a bakery and a bus stop.
