The detached holiday home is furnished in a rustic style. The property is located in a residential area. Also due to the view over the valley from the property and its sunny hillside location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Novo mesto, 428 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Snow chains are mandatory in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

There is no heating. Facilities: internet access. TV reception takes place via antenna.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with fire extinguisher and first aid kid. Regional health guidelines are adhered to.
