Please be aware, there is a mountain stream and outside steps.
On arrival, park up, ample space before climbing steps with handrail to reach your home-from-home.
Discover the bright and airy open plan living space, lounge and kitchen; here the chef of the group can rustle up mouth-watering dishes whilst enjoying the sea view.
A small insulated rear conservatory has a cosy dining area with a woodland view and the the sound of the stream.
Relax and unwind on the sofa, enjoy a smart TV or plug in your own device for internet access.
Or soak in the panoramic seascape from the front conservatory, and enjoy the amazing sunsets.

Woodland Roost consists of a kitchen/living room with electric fire, TV, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, a dining room, and a conservatory snug. The bedrooms include a double and a twin, serviced by a shower room. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.6 miles, beach 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Explore the coast of Gwynedd with a stay at Woodland Roost. Note: There are steps leading to front door and a stream outside, please take care. Note: Eco friendly with carbon neutral credentials.
