Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming renovated farmhouse for rent in Surville. It has a surface area of 290 m² and can accommodate up to 15 guests. Ideal for stays with friends or family, it features a lovely 90 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, seven beautiful bedrooms, five bathrooms (with showers and bathtubs), and a garden of approximately 600 m². Enjoy unparalleled serenity amid modern design and charming period furniture. Wi-Fi and quality bedding (sheets and towels) are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A lovely 90 m² living room with TV, one double sofa bed, stove, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, and more
- A veranda
- A laundry room
- Master bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (with shower and toilet)
- Master bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (with shower and toilet)
- Master suite 3: one queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (with shower, bathtub, and toilet)
- A separate toilet
- A cinema room, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. On rainy days, treat yourself to a cozy break in front of a good movie
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 5: two single beds pushed together to form a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 6: two single beds
- Bedroom 7: two single beds
- Two bathrooms with showers
- Two separate toilets
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, dryer, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful private enclosed garden of 600 m² with a badminton court
- A south-facing terrace of approximately 50 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A north-facing terrace of approximately 40 m² with furniture
Outside, enjoy a barbecue and fun games such as pétanque, badminton, and many more, all at your disposal. We thank you for taking care of them.
The house is ideally located in Surville, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Explore the village of Surville, its church, and the priory converted into a manor house.
- Stroll along the Surville estuary or the wild beach on foot or by bike.
- Deauville beach, about 9 miles away, and its water sports center.
- Barrière Saint-Julien golf course or Espace Ô Spa about 1.2 miles away.
- Tasting of local products (cheeses, sweet cider, Calvados, and other local specialties)
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor parking lot.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Pont-L'Évêque, about 3 km away
- Nearest airport: Deauville-Normandie, about 14 km away
Other remarks:
- Sheets and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- The stove is functional, pellets are available with the reserve, a supplement will be charged for additional use (rental and payment to be made to our partner on site).
