Welcome to Allegro Boutique Apartments, a newly renovated retreat in the heart of Porto! Located on Rua Júlio Dinis, this apartment offers a comfortable stay with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and Wi-Fi.
Enjoy the proximity to the Boavista roundabout, with easy access to local attractions and memorable experiences.
The flat offers a large terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.
The living room, with a dining table and sofa bed, is a cosy space for socialising.
The fully equipped kitchen has the best utensils for preparing your meals.
The private area includes two comfortable bedrooms, both with double beds, one of which is en suite.
All bedrooms have direct access to the terrace.
In addition, there is a guest bathroom with all amenities.
For added comfort, the flat has air conditioning, a dishwasher, Smart TV with channels and Wi-Fi.
Important note: There is ongoing construction near the apartment, which causes noise 24/7.
Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay.
As such, we adhere to a transparency policy to ensure our guests’ expectations are properly met.
It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy! In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented.
The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old.
It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.
Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (upon request).
If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to unlock the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7 p.m.
If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon request.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a utility limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV packages of €190.
If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for the extra cost.
The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to enter the property, as requested, to carry out property inspections, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! Just make the request! You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast service, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning, upon request! The flat is fully accessible to guests.
This includes the use of all areas: the two bedrooms with double beds, the two bathrooms, the kitchen with all utensils, and the living room.
You can also enjoy the balcony.
