This apartment features an entrance, a living area with a sitting corner (sofa, flat-screen TV), and a fully equipped kitchen with 3 electric hotplates, an extractor hood, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a tabletop refrigerator.
The first bedroom has a sliding door and a sea view, with a 140 cm bed.
The second bedroom also comes with a 140 cm bed.
The bathroom, with a vintage style, includes a shower, a small sink, and a toilet.
You’ll also have a private storage room with a washing machine and dishwasher, perfect for storing your bicycles safely.
Bonus! Park your car and explore the area on foot.
Don’t forget your buckets, spades, rakes, and beach balls! SEA VIEW – GROUND FLOOR – TERRACE FURNITURE – PRIVATE PARKING SPACE N° 5 – PRIVATE STORAGE ROOM WITH WASHING MACHINE AND DISHWASHER To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest: * A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental.
This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period.
This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company. * A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental.
The premises must be left perfectly clean.
If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained. * The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque. * The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) : * Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock * Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock * Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock * Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock * Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
