The Waverley is a charming, traditional house situated in the heart of Southwold, Suffolk.
This delightful retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends, offering off-road parking and a pet-friendly environment, all while being just a scenic stroll from the beach and town centre.
Step inside The Waverley and be greeted by a warm and inviting living room, complete with a TV and DVD player for your entertainment.
The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table set for six. Outside, the enclosed rear garden offers a lawn and patio area, complete with outdoor furniture and a sizzling barbecue, making it the ideal spot for alfresco dining or simply enjoying a glass of wine in the evening sun. Southwold is a charming coastal town with a variety of local amenities, including independent shops, galleries, and a selection of pubs and restaurants.
The town is famous for its colourful beach huts, pier, and sandy beach, perfect for a day of sunbathing or building sandcastles.
Head to Southwold Pier for a traditional seaside amusement or challenge yourself with a trip through the Southwold Maize Maze, always a family favourite.
The iconic features of Southwold Lighthouse and Southwold Beach are also a must-visit, offering perfectly picturesque views and leisurely afternoons.

The Waverley consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dining seating for six people, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-size beds and a bunk bed, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. You'll find a shop and river in 0.5 miles, and a pub, beach, and lake in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio, lawn, barbecue, and furniture, and private driveway parking for one car with roadside parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. A stay at The Waverley promises to be one to remember. Note: Steps throughout the property - please take care. Note: Dogs to be kept downstairs and off furniture. Note: Good housekeeping bond required.
