Villa Mia enjoys a peaceful setting just outside Ierapetra, with quick access to mini markets and local shops for everyday essentials. Whether you're picking up fresh bread in the morning or stocking up on groceries, you'll find everything you need just a short drive away. The town center is also close by, offering a full range of services including supermarkets, banks, and pharmacies. For dining and drinks, the area has a great selection of cafés and bars within 3 km. From casual beachside spots like Waikiki to stylish venues such as Saxo 3 Levels, you can enjoy anything from a relaxed morning coffee to an evening cocktail with a sea view. The nearby town offers plenty of local tavernas and bakeries where you can experience traditional Cretan flavors. Some of the island’s most inviting beaches are just minutes from the villa. Agios Andreas and Livadi beaches are ideal for a quick dip or a day in the sun, while Peristeras and Koutsounari offer a quieter stretch of coastline if you're looking for more space and serenity.
