Its large bay windows offer one of the most beautiful panoramic views of the Bay of Saint-Malo.
You can easily reach the historical heart of Saint-Malo at 4 km by bus or by bike (bus stop in front of the residence and many cycle tracks).
Even closer, the Termes Marins of Saint-Malo are 1.8 km away.
The rental is located on the ground floor of a quiet residence, with an entrance through a pleasant garden.
You will also have private parking in a secure car park.
At 400 meters, you will find grocery stores and a medical center. * On 56m² in a marine decor in harmony with the site, perfectly maintained, the flat includes : - a separate bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200 cm). - a pretty, well-equipped kitchen with a bar area opening onto the living room/lounge.
