This vacation apartment in the heart of Warnemünde impresses with its attention to detail in maritime design.
Enjoy the view of Alexandrinenstraße up close in a tranquil setting.
The freshly renovated living room with a fully equipped open kitchen invites you to indulge and relax.
On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, each with a double bed.
The modern bathroom with natural light is located on the lower floor.
The apartment is located in the front part of the captain's house.
It covers 55 square meters and is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor, you'll find the spacious living area with a kitchen and dining table.
The bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and shower curtain, is also located on the lower floor.
On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms.
A foldable baby cot (without bedding) is available on request for our younger guests.
The kitchen is very well equipped: Enjoy the convenience of a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, and numerous kitchen utensils.
Both the living room and the bedroom have a satellite TV.
The key handover takes place via a key safe.
We will provide detailed information about this via email after booking.
The accommodation currently does not have Wi-Fi.
If a tourist tax applies to this accommodation, it is already included in the overnight price.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay.
If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival.
Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
You are also welcome to bring your pet with you.
We charge a fee of €30 for the entire stay per pet.
You have access to the entire vacation apartment.

The vacation apartment is located in the beautiful old town area of Warnemünde, just 300 meters from the beach and only 100 meters from the Old Strom, the popular promenade. Warnemünde offers beautiful sandy beaches with fine white sand, where you can swim, surf, or simply enjoy the sun. Shops for everyday needs, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and the train station are all in close proximity and can be easily reached on foot. Bus, Bahn und Taxistände sind fußläufig erreichbar. Als Parkmöglichkeiten empfehlen wir das Parkhaus "Molenfeuer" oder "Am Kurhaus". Vor allem in der Hauptsaison lohnt sich hier eine Reservierung vor Reiseantritt. Leider stehen direkt an der Unterkunft keine öffentlichen Parkplätze zur Verfügung, da die Alexandrinenstraße ein verkehrsberuhigter Bereich ist.

Kleine Abnutzungen schmälern die erste große Begeisterung. Lichtleiste um den Bandspiegel existiert nicht mehr, die Umleimung vom Bandschrank löst sich, die Ecke zur Küche ist abgestoßen und die Töpfe aus Aluminium Guss möchte man nicht mehr benutzen.
Mein Fazit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, mit nur wenigen Handgriffen ist diese tolle Wohnung super schnell auf dem neuesten Stand.

Die Einrichtung war ausreichend
Unser bestelltes Wäschepaket war nicht vorhanden, wir mussten erst anrufen und erinnern. Ebenso mussten von uns
die Bescheinigungen für die Kurtaxe telefonisch angefordert werden. Die Fernseher in den Schlafzimmern gingen nicht und die Jalousien in den Schlafzimmern hatten große Löcher.
Ein Badvorleder müsste im Wäschepaket enthalten sein.

Wohnung sehr sauber, super Lage, Vermieter gut erreichbar.
Fenster waren schon lange nicht geputzt. Abstellkammer sehr unordentlich.
In der Wohnung müssten einige Dinge ausgetauscht oder repariert werden.
Eine Kontrolle des Vermieters wäre dringend erforderlich.
Es ist kein Toaster vorhanden. Spülung Toilette ist teilweise defekt. Alle Velux Dachfenster Rollos sind defekt.
Der gesamte Außenbereich Straße und Hof müsste mal gereinigt werden.
