Enjoy 75 square metres of spacious and light-flooded living comfort - ideal for two people. The inviting south-facing terrace and the spacious sunbathing lawn invite you to sunbathe and take a deep breath or enjoy cosy moments of relaxation at breakfast or in the evening. Your holiday home also offers you first-class amenities: Bread roll service delivered from the bakery, free Wi-Fi, a private car park directly at the house, a lockable bicycle garage with e-bike charging station and a bus stop just 100 metres away. Please note that dogs and other pets are unfortunately not permitted.
Environment description
A paradise in summer and winter: In winter, the cross-country ski trail starts almost on the doorstep, and the Kaiserblick lift delights beginners with a charming ski area. Tobogganing fun is also guaranteed! In summer, there are marvellous hiking and cycling tours to the surrounding peaks and landscapes. Explore the impressive Kampenwand with its cable car, Lake Chiemsee with its islands and the fairytale Herrenchiemsee Castle or the nearby Tyrol with its majestic mountains and the charming town of Kufstein. Munich and Salzburg can be easily reached by train.

For children and young people aged 6 to 15, the visitor's tax is EUR1.80 per person/night. Children up to the age of 5 are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax for the municipality of Aschau i. Ch. directly to your host.
Arrival Description
By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn. Coming from Frasdorf: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station. At the roundabout take the 1st exit in the direction of the Kampenwand cable car. Follow the road for approx. 10 km through the village in the direction of Sachrang until you reach the district of Berg on the left-hand side and turn into our small driveway to house number Berg 33. Coming from Bernau: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Bernauer Straße, approx. 50 m after crossing the railway track at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit in the direction of the Kampenwand cable car. Follow the road for approx. 12 km through the village - see above. By train: Munich-Salzburg train connection - from Prien station to Aschau with the Chiemgaubahn. From Aschau railway station to Sachrang by bus or taxi.

Here, on the ground floor, two people will find spacious and light-flooded living space that invites you to relax and linger. The inviting south-facing terrace and the large sunbathing lawn are perfect for relaxing hours in the great outdoors. The separate bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and blackout option ensures restful nights. The open and bright living room with tiled stove, streaming satellite flat-screen TV and direct access to the terrace creates a cosy atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob with oven, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment makes every meal a pleasure. The dining area with a charming corner bench is perfect for socialising. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, WC and hairdryer - for your daily well-being. In addition, amenities such as free WiFi, a private car park at the house and a bread roll service from the bakery ensure a carefree stay. Bed linen, towels, a washing machine and a clothes horse are also included. A baby cot can be provided on request. Please note that dogs and other pets are unfortunately not permitted. Schönes kleines Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholen können. Der Vermieter ist sehr fürsorglich. Es ist alles da gewesen was wir brauchten und schon der Empfang war sehr einladend.
