Ascona is a neighbor place of Locarno.
The small fisherman village is today internationally well known prominent meeting place and car free (except shuttle service). The two-family house lies in a sunny position not far from the village center with view of the mountains.
The apartment on upper ground floor has a beautiful, partial covered terrace with garden furniture and a large, flat garden with beautiful lawn surrounded by well-kept, southern vegetation with palm trees, bushes etc., all for private use. Driveway until house.
Reserved parking space.
Bus stop about 200m. Shops 600m. Lido Ascona and golf course about 700m. Village center and lakeside promenade about 1 km. Bed/kitchen linen available.
Washing machine and dryer for private use. Pets permitted. 3-room apartment for 4 persons, upper ground floor Entrance with hallway.

Es hat uns in der Casa Flavia ausgezeichnet gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut; sie ist vollständig und lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top, sind doch die Läden (Bäckerei, Migros, Coop) in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder in die Casa Flavia.

Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Migros und Bäckerei ist sehr nahe
Auch Post Bank und coop ist nicht weit entfernt. Wir haben uns ein Fahrrad gemietet sehr schön Fahrrad Wege.
