Right on the waterfront, independent villa of 72 m² on a 3 hectare property which includes other seasonal rentals (including gites 59956, 59968, 59969, 59970 and 64251 to 64257).
It is composed as follows: - Living room/Kitchen - 1 bedroom with 1 160x200cm bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200 cm) connecting to 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190 cm) (the last bedroom is also accessible from the terrace) - Shower room - WC - Laundry room Sea view with direct access to the beach from the accommodation Reservations are made on a weekly basis from Sunday to Sunday.
If renting with a pet, it must be kept on a leash on the property Random GSM network Campsite 250 meters away - 40 m² terrace facing the sea - Garden furniture - Relaxation area - Built-in barbecue - 4 deckchairs - Outdoor shower - 2 parking spaces in front of the villa - Air conditioning in the living room/kitchen - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Filter and pod coffee maker - Freezer compartment - Television - Wi-Fi - Towel dryer - Hair dryer - Paddleboard rental: €30/day or €100/week (€300 deposit), book directly with the owner - Beach towel rental (€4/person) - Cleaning kit included with each rental (1 sponge, 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 dishwasher tablet, and 1 multi-purpose cleaner)

Endroit paradisiaque. Villa sur une plage de sable blanc. Super emplacement car les commerces sont à environ trois kms seulement. On y trouve ce que l'on veut. Facile à trouver. Restaurant juste à côté si l'on veut mettre les pieds sous la table. A cette période (octobre) très peu de fréquentation ce qui permet une quiétude admirable.
