The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 25 m² adjoining house for rent in Valsemé, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a lovely 14 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 6,000 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 14 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron
Exterior :
- A 6,000 m² shared garden with fenced plot, table and chairs
- A 40 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the warm weather
- Nearby petanque court
The house is ideally located in Valsemé, just 10 km from the picturesque Normandy coast, offering a peaceful and extremely pleasant setting. Its proximity to Deauville and Trouville means you can enjoy the seaside experience of the former while discovering the authenticity of the latter. You can also enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Enjoy unforgettable horse-riding sessions
- Go jogging along the picturesque trails
- Discover the region by bike at your own pace
- Relax on the region's magnificent beaches (20 min. drive)
Transports
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Villers-sur-Mer, approx. 15 km (17 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Caen, approx. 51 km (46 min by car)
- We recommend you use the car to make the most of your stay!

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are for information only, subject to change by our partner.
- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception
