The apartment is located in the business district of Warsaw at Konstruktorska 9 street in a very high standard housing estate. The building has an elegant façade with glass-paneled balconies. On the estate’s courtyard there’s a playground for children.
The neighboring area many amenities to satisfy the daily needs: a grocery shop in the same building, a bakery, restaurants (40 m), cafes (210 m) and shopping center Galeria Mokotów (1.3 km). The apartment complex is situated in the most green are of Mokotów district, making a walk to those place pleasurable experience. Green recreational areas, like Mokotów Field, offer a respite from the city’s hustle and bustle. The location has a great communication links, especially with the Chopin Airport to which you can get in 12 minutes using public transport. Bus stops offer a connection with the city center in 30 minutes, and the closest metro station is 2 km away from the apartment building.
The area is very well connected to other parts of the city and offers convenient access to the center.
