The one family house is located in the quiet of the "Musiker Viertel" in Babelsberg. This district is a villa settlement belonging to Potsdam-Babelsberg and built around 1900 south-west of Berlin. Here you will find a bright non-smoking room with shower/WC in the basement. A convenient connection by public transport to the sights of Potsdam and the city of Berlin makes it possible to reach many excursion destinations. Nearby are the Filmpark Babelsberg and the swimming pool Kiezbad. Free parking is available directly in front of the house.

Zentrum, exit Neuendorferstr., left Neuendorferstr. to the end, straight into Mendelssohn-Bartholdy-Straße, 5th crossing left Am Gehölz, left Tschaikowskiweg. Public transport: Potsdam Hbf Bus 694 direction Stern-Center to the stop Am Gehölz, Str. Am Gehölz 1. left to Tschaikowskiweg
