This beautifully renovated townhouse in the heart of Odeceixe blends modern comfort with traditional charm.
Bright and airy, the home is thoughtfully decorated in a minimalist style, creating a relaxing atmosphere—perfect for surf trips, nature escapes, or peaceful getaways. The living area features a cozy sofa that converts into an extra bed and a smart TV for entertainment.
Large windows fill the space with natural light, enhancing the open, inviting feel.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle, along with all cookware, utensils, and tableware.
A bar counter and a dining table provide flexible dining options. The bedroom offers a plush double bed with quality linens, air conditioning, and ample storage.
The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, fresh towels, toiletries, and a washing machine for longer stays. Outside, the private terrace invites morning coffee or evening drinks, with a seating area, barbecue grill, and drying rack for convenience.
Additional amenities include reliable WiFi, air conditioning and heating, and warm hardwood flooring throughout. Located in the charming village of Odeceixe, just minutes from the beach where the river meets the ocean, the townhouse provides a peaceful base to explore Costa Vicentina’s stunning coastline, nature trails, and local restaurants. - Legal & Safety Requirements Guests must submit ID/passport details before or during check-in, as per Portuguese law Please note that a €100 security deposit is required to book this property.
The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property, within 7 days of check-out. - Check-In Check-in is self-guided; instructions are sent on the arrival date only after online check-in is completed. - Lost Key & Lockout Policy €50 fee if the key is not returned €80 fee if the key is lost during your stay Additional fees may apply if a locksmith is required To guarantee compliance with current regulations on public safety, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, which may ask tourists for the image of their identity card and/or selfie.
