The space combines traditional Portuguese details with warm décor, creating a comfortable and character-filled retreat. The living and dining area is bright and inviting, ideal for relaxing after a day in the city.
A comfortable sofa faces a flat-screen TV, while classic ceramic tiles and curated artwork add personality.
A small dining area with a round table and wicker-style chairs is perfect for meals or morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and essential cookware.
Natural light and traditional tiled floors give the space a fresh and functional feel. There are two cozy double bedrooms with soft bedding, comfortable pillows, and warm blankets.
One bedroom has natural light and ventilation, while the second is more enclosed, ideal for those who prefer a darker, quieter sleeping environment. The bathroom is compact yet modern, featuring a walk-in shower with excellent water pressure and blue tile details.
A private terrace offers a quiet outdoor space to unwind with a drink or enjoy Lisbon’s light. The apartment is located inside LX Factory, Lisbon’s iconic creative hub, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, art studios, boutiques, and bars.
This central and lively location places you close to Belém, public transport, and the riverfront. - Legal & Safety Requirements Guests must submit ID/passport details before or during check-in, as per Portuguese law Please note that a 150eur of deposit is required - Check-In Check-in is self-guided; instructions are sent on the arrival date only after online check-in is completed. - Lost Key & Lockout Policy €50 fee if the key is not returned €80 fee if the key is lost during your stay Additional fees may apply if a locksmith is required To guarantee compliance with current regulations on public safety, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, which may ask tourists for the image of their identity card and/or selfie.
