Get away from the hustle and concrete cities to immerse in a "petit coin" of nature within an urban farm at the gates of Porto.
Here you can spread your eyes and thoughts in a wide and magnificent landscape.
We have already created the ambience, so you can live your story! Green Box is for those with an adventures spirit, perfect for 2 people and for short stays. Train station Suzao at 3min walking distance, with direct trains to Porto center.
Breakfast available but not included. The creation of the Green Box is based on a concept of sustainability and slow living. Non-waste and reuse are concerns of our environmental awareness.
Nature has seemed the best stage for the installation of this box, with a welcoming, unpretentious and eclectic atmosphere for you to build memories. Have you ever imagined that you could live in a metal box that went through the oceans? Originally from South Korea, it is possible that you find marks of its story...just watch out. The access to the box is done by a pedestrian path in the field, 50m.
In case of rain it is possible that you have to wear rain boots supplied by us. You will be able to meet with our friendly farm animals, curious to welcome you. Please, take off your shoes before entering the box. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette (stove is outdoor), a sofa and a full bathroom.
The double bed is upstairs, on the mezzanine, with access via steep stairs (like in a bunk bed, agility is needed).
Outside, the deck allows you to enjoy the outdoors, the sun and the magnificent landscape with grazing animals. 1.
Cooking: \ the stove is not available during winter.
Fast and easy meals can be prepared with the microwave, kettle and toaster; or you can order delicious meals from the external services. 2.
Meals: \ a marvelous and delicious basket with the breaksfast can be delivered at your door (extra service - menu and contacts/orders at the accommodation) \ traditional portuguese food delivered at the gate (extra service - menu and contacts/orders at the accommodation) 3.
Access & Luggage: \ we recommend you to bring a small luggage as you will have to carry it through the field and there isn't a lot of space within the Box too :) \ access to the accommodation is done through a natural path without light at night (we provide a flashlight at the entrance, next to the rainy boots and umbrella) 4.
Shower: \ the water is heated by the cylinder, which serves the accommodation exclusively.
