The first floor is dedicated to the master bedroom suite, which offers a bright and airy atmosphere. The suite includes a balcony with a view of the lake that extends towards the Spanish border. The master bedroom is accompanied by a stunning ensuite bathroom featuring a separate shower and bathtub.


OUTSIDE AMENITIES
Outside, the villa provides a variety of amenities to enhance your outdoor living experience. You'll find several comfortable seating areas with pergolas for shade, where you can unwind with a sundowner. This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There are 2 bedrooms conveniently located on the ground floor, with master bedroom suite reached by internal staircase. Parking is directly outside the villa, without a charge.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.
