Charming villa located within the prestigious Castro Marim Golfe & Country Club in the Eastern Algarve just 10km from the stunning Praia Verde beach and a convenient 10-minute drive from the Portugal-Spain bridge over the Guadiana river. With an enclosed tree-lined garden and a super swimming pool, it offers privacy and serenity. Beautifully furnished and well-equipped, it's a perfect spot for sun worshippers and golf enthusiasts, complemented by three challenging on-site 9-hole golf courses.
This semi-detached villa offers a spacious and peaceful retreat, perfect for those in search of tranquility.
INTERIOR
The interior features a well-appointed ground floor living area, comprising of a fully equipped kitchen with polished black marble worktops and a serving area that opens up to an elegant dining space Flowing seamlessly from the dining area is a tastefully decorated lounge, featuring two large and comfortable sofas that extend effortlessly towards the garden. with a table and chairs. . A corridor on the left side leads to two comfortable bedrooms furnished with 2 single beds in each, that can be converted into a large double bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a shared shower, WC, and twin sinks. Additionally, there is a separate WC located off the hallway. The first floor is dedicated to the master bedroom suite, which offers a bright and airy atmosphere. The suite includes a balcony with a view of the lake that extends towards the Spanish border. The master bedroom is accompanied by a stunning ensuite bathroom featuring a separate shower and bathtub.
OUTSIDE AMENITIES
Outside, the villa provides a variety of amenities to enhance your outdoor living experience. You'll find several comfortable seating areas with pergolas for shade, where you can unwind with a sundowner. There is also a traditional brick BBQ area with an outdoor table and chairs, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining. The villa boasts a large green grass lawn, providing an ideal space for children to play safely. Completing the outdoor offerings is a beautiful swimming pool and sunbeds for relaxation. Parking is conveniently available directly outside the villa at no additional cost. There is also an excellent range of facilities at the clubhouse, which are available to guests.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There are 2 bedrooms conveniently located on the ground floor, with master bedroom suite reached by internal staircase. Parking is directly outside the villa, without a charge.

Personal Check-In: Whenever possible, a Guest Service Manager will welcome you on arrival. Some properties use key boxes if a personal check-in is not possible or required.
Late Arrivals: Out-of-hours arrival fees may apply. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.
GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay
You will verify your personal details.
You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.

Absolutely stunning villa, excellent location if you are looking to be be secluded enough to enjoy birds signing but close enough to be in a gorgeous town within 10 minutes. Master bedroom at the top of the villa with balcony and en-suite is a dream.

We rented this superb Villa for a two week family holiday and we’re not disappointed. The location on a golf course was ideal for us and it is tucked away in one of the quietest spots possible. The standard of decoration,fittings and furniture was superb for both inside and in the garden and we could not have asked for more.
