Located on the first floor, the accommodation comprises :
- four bedrooms with one double bed and three single beds;
- two bathrooms;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area to relax in after a day out;
- a work area.
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and location.
It is located : - close to Batignolles and Moulin Rouge; - close to a variety of restaurants. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Oven, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Wifi, Balcony, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The apartment is 350 m from metro line 13. A "Franprix" supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away for your everyday needs. Places of interest close to the apartment : - Parc Clichy - Batignolles Martin Luther-King is a 7-minute walk away; - the apartment of brothers Vincent and Théo van Gogh, 15 minutes away by public transport; - the famous Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre, 22 minutes away; and much more... We look forward to welcoming you :) In the home sanitary issues are top priority.
Below are details of the measures we implemented for every guest in the house to make travel safer : The cleaning agent in charge of preparing the flat for your arrival will be fully protected by masks and gloves during his entire task. Covid-19 fighting products (EN 14476) will be used to clean the apartment with a specific care of surfaces, keys, doorknobs and switches Linen will be provided by professional that use industrial machine at high temperature ## Emplacement The 17th arrondissement is located in the north-west of Paris.
Paradoxically, it's considered the most bourgeois arrondissement in Paris.
It offers an excellent quality of life, in terms of safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm.
It has excellent transport links and is only a few minutes from all amenities. The Wagram-Ternes district, however, is much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs-Élysées. On the northeast side, you'll find the Batignolles district, which is a mix of old France and bobos. ## Transports Metro station: -line 13 (La Fourche station): 5 minutes' walk. line 14 (Pont Cardinet station): 11-minute walk. Streetcar : -line T3b (Porte de Clichy station): 15-minute walk. Bus : line 31 (Moines - Davy station): 11-minute walk. line 66 (Square des Batignolles station): 7-minute walk. Property lovely. A lot of stress using hostnfly. Poor communication, repeated demands and threats of losing the booking although all money already paid!! Dubious deposit process. Key collection difficult. Promised rebate of 20 € never appeared .
