The apartment is perfect for business or leisure stays and has all the main comforts.

Bathroom with bidet and shower cubicle. Additional services available to guests: WIFI, heating with inverter heat pump, washing machine To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send infos to the police service "Alloggiati Web" wich is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th. For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows: * after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro.
