Cocoonr offers this charming, light-filled 70 m² flat for rent in Cabourg, 650 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a shower room.
Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A living room with TV, sofas (including a single sofa bed) and a dining area - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, electric barbecue, etc. - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: sleeps 3 (1 bunk bed: 2 single beds and 1 pull-out bed) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC - Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron Outside: - A 5 m² east-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The flat is ideally located in Cabourg, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting.
Everything is within walking distance.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a covered market, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat. (Free parking in the street around the residence). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Dives Cabourg approx. 2 km, Caen approx. 24 km - NOMAD bus route 111: Caen - Deauville - Honfleur - Nearest airports: Deauville approx. 30 km, Caen approx. 43 km Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). Prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - Pets accepted free of charge.
Only one pet per stay. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Sehr schöne helle große Wohnung Gut eingerichtet Sehr gute Lage Wir waren im Winter dort und konnten zu Fuss zum Meer um spazieren zu gehen. . Cabourg ist schön auch im Winter da nicht alles geschlossen ist

l'appartement est très bien situé.La résidence est agréable.Mais au vu des sanitaires petitesse salle de bain et contenance du ballon il vaut mieux être 5 peut être 6 mais pour 7 c'est un peu juste.Nous avons quand même passé un agréable séjour.

Propre mais pas reluisant.
+ : espace enfants, cuisine bien équipée en terme d'électroménager et de vaisselle.
- : sdb très étroite, prise et lumière qui ne fonctionnent pas dans la chambre des enfants, pas de box, vaisselle pas toujours très propre, lave-vaisselle qui ne lave pas bien.
