Functional apartment, perfect for up to 4 guests, is located in a strategic position, we are in the heart of the village of Riomaggiore. The train station, the boat landing, the shuttles of the National Park, and the paths are a few dozen meters away, as well as shops, bars, restaurants at the same distance. The space

Apartment of about 70 square meters, is located on the first floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift (PLEASE NOTE - you have to climb the stairs to enter). The internal space is organized as follows

- LIVING ROOM: equipped with a double sofa bed and dining area

- KITCHEN: with refrigerator, hob, oven, electric kettle, moka and kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM: with double bed and wardrobe;

- BATHROOM: with shower, sink, toilet and bidet;

- BALCONY with entrance from the living room.


ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, TV, independent heating, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
