Charming small chalet, situated outside the Rougemont village in a very quiet area and benefitting from a magnificent vue of the mountains and optimal sun exposure. At a five-minute drive from the village. Easy access in summer, 4WD car (or equipped with winter tyres) suitable in winter. Ideal for a family or a couple.
Conditions/extras
Included in the price : Electricity, Wifi, heating, visitors tax, final cleaning and bedding. Household waste must be removed to the provided spaces by the tenant before the departure. The sheets of the beds must be taken off and left at the entry of the bedrooms.

Attention: access between the upper and lower floors is only possible via a staircase outside the building ! Lower ground floor : Large triple room with three single beds, storage room with washing machine and tumbler, separate WC. Exterior : Beautiful terrace with dining table and outdoor furniture. A reserved, not covered, parking space.
