The apartment of approximately 60 m2 is located on the fourth floor of an elegant building with a lift (suitable for disabled people) and is organized as follows
- LIVING AREA with dining table.
- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, moka.
- BEDROOM I with a double bed and a single bed.
- BEDROOM II with a double bed and a single bed.
- BATHROOM I with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
- BATHROOM II equipped with a bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet.
- BALCONY
FURTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, TV, independent heating with boiler, 3 fans, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board, washing machine
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

N.B. Completing the registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
