Beautiful 45sqm studio apartment with air conditioning, cosy bright, well furnished and well equipped, ideal for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 children. Located in the heart of the old village in Lerta, one of the most beautiful, evocative and peaceful corners of old Monterosso. You will feel at home and at the same time part of the typical village lifestyle! The studio flat is divided into zones, every little space has been studied in detail and makes the flat pleasant and efficient. In the living area there is a three-seater sofa that becomes a comfortable double bed in the evening.
Next to the bed there is a comfortable bunk bed that can be pulled down from the wall at night and closed during the day. At the entrance to the flat on the left is a beautifully finished and fully equipped open-plan kitchen with cooker, oven, dishwasher etc. Opposite the kitchen is the dining/dining area with a table that comfortably seats 4 people. The small bathroom is located in the sleeping area and is very comfortable with a nice shower and also a washing machine. From the small balcony at the entrance of the flat you have a view of one of the most picturesque views of the old village.
The cleaning fee includes 40 euros for linen.
