This detached villa with thatched roof is suited for 8 persons.
The living room has a fresh and modern design and is fitted with a lounge corner with television.
There is a separate dining corner.
The kitchen offers you a refrigerator with freezer, a Combination microwave and a dishwasher.
There are 4 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, each with 2 single box spring beds.
Both the ground and upper floor have a bathroom.
The accommodation also has a separate toilet.
The terrace has garden furniture and you can make free use of the Wi-Fi. Enjoy life on the North Sea coast Perfectly situated on the North Sea beach, with the Eastern Scheldt and Lake Veere nearby, you will find Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard.
It is a spacious holiday park with excellent facilities.
Enjoy going for a swim in the pool, playing a spot of tennis or the delicious food and drink served outdoors at the park restaurant.
The area offers plenty of other opportunities for a day out.
There is so much to do for guests of all ages, from shopping in Middelburg to enjoying the fun-filled splattering attractions and marine animals at the neighbouring Deltapark Neeltje Jans leisure complex.
If you love the beach, it is only a five-minute stroll to the Banjaardstrand, for years now one of the Netherlands' most spotless and beautiful beaches, including in 2019.
It has been awarded a Blue Flag, a European quality mark for clean and safe marinas and beaches. Roompot house rules - The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older. - Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park.
A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed.
As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking.
Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused. - The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another. - If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot. At this holiday park, setting off fireworks of any kind is prohibited on New Year’s Eve.
However, the park does not carry out active checks, so we cannot guarantee a completely quiet and firework-free night.
It is also possible that fireworks may be set off in the surrounding area.

Huis was schoon bij aankomst, goede bank en stoelen aanwezig, uitstekende magnetron en oven. HEERLIJKE bedden.
Wifi trok meerdere apparaten tegelijk niet helemaal.

We zaten in een heerlijk huis met genoeg ruimte om ook even op jezelf te kunnen zijn. We hebben een fijn en gezellig weekend gehad samen. Lekker ook dat je zo naar het strand kon lopen.

Alles was gewoon goed aan het verblijf
Het was niet goed schoon gemaakt vooral het bad niet, verder vinden wij als de schoonmaak kosten zo hoog zijn . Niet zelf hoeven te zuigen en beddengoed moeten afhalen voor dat we onze borg terug krijgen. Vind wel dat we het netjes moeten achterlaten. Maar dat is normaal in onze ogen , maar hoeft voor ons niet extra vermeld te worden. Wij hebben het gewoon heel fijn gehad , maar vermeld het even.
