We offer this charming 37 m² apartment with sea view for rent in Villers-sur-Mer, approx. 100 m from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, an attractive bedroom and a shower room.
The apartment is composed as follows
- 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Exterior:
- A 6 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy fine weather
The apartment is ideally located in Villers-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit near the apartment all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Trouville-Deauville station 7 km away (16 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Caen airport 55 km (50 min by car)

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
