We are offering this charming apartment for rent in Villers-sur-Mer, featuring sea views and situated approximately 100 metres from the beach.
It has a floor area of 37 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 15 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher and a hob... - Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For added comfort, the owners have fitted roller shutters throughout the property. Outside: - A 6 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Villers-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
You can enjoy all the local amenities, shops, restaurants, bars, market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest station: Trouville-Deauville station, 7 km away (16 mins by car) - Nearest airport: Caen Airport, 55 km away (50 mins by car) Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our partner on site). The rates shown are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Wir haben uns zu zweit in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Nebensaison war es sehr ruhig in der Umgebung. Zum Strand waren es fußläufig nur 5 Minuten. Alles in allem prima.
