The house has 4 double bedrooms and 2 living rooms, and is distributed on 2 floors, both of them accessible at street level from two different streets. The main floor consists of a large living room with smart tv, a porch terrace with sea views, a fully-equipped kitchen, a semi-exterior dining area, the master bedroom with a full private bathroom with shower and bathtub, a second bedroom with direct access to the porch terrace, and a full bathroom with shower. The bottom floor has a second living room, a full bathroom with shower, and two bedrooms, one of them with direct access to the exterior terrace of the house at street level.
