Located right in the heart of the city, a couple of minutes walking distance until the Old City and just across the street from the House of Parliament, our home will give you a unique & unforgettable stay in Bucharest.
Step inside our overly spacious 3 bedroom home, featuring a large living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, spacious common areas + large terrace overlooking the second largest building in the world, the House of Parliament.
Our home has been designed for group travellers for both long term stays as well as short. Here’s an overview of the space:
• Living Room
- Large extendable couch for larger families or friends travelling together.
- Big dining table that easily accommodates 6 people.
- 50 inch large TV for comfortable viewing both from the couch or the dining table.
- Terrace access for enjoying your morning coffee or late night conversations outside.
- AC unit covering the entire room.
• Bedroom with private balcony
- Comfortable King size bed with memory foam mattress.
- Luxurious bed linen with 400 thread count, Egyptian cotton.
- Private desk to get work done.
- Storage dressing & private AC unit in room.
- Private balcony.
• Bedroom with bathroom access
- Comfortable Queen size bed with memory foam mattress.
- Luxurious bed linen with 400 thread count, Egyptian cotton.
- Private desk to get work done.
- Storage dressing & private AC unit in room.
- Bathroom access.
• Small Bedroom
- Queen size extendable couch best suited for extra guests, little ones or friends hanging together.
- Luxurious bed linen with 400 thread count, Egyptian cotton.
• Kitchen
- Fully equipped kitchen with all required pans & cooking utensil, large fridge, oven, electric hot stove, microwave, clothes washing machine, dish washing machine as well as a Lavazza coffee machine.
• Bathrooms
- 1x shower for a comfortable experience.
- 1x bathtub in the bedroom private bathroom.
- Blow dryer and a full range of toiletries offered.
• Terrace
- Outdoor furniture with comfortable sitting area.
• Please note that for safety & security reasons, our home features both a video doorbell outside of the apartment as well as a noise monitoring system inside helping us prevent any potential disturbances to our neighbours.
• Quiet hours are very important, therefore parties are strictly forbidden.
• Access to the property is strictly limited to the guests included in the reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed at any time. Unauthorised access or high-traffic activity (e.g. gatherings, commercial use) will be charged at full occupancy rate and may lead to immediate cancellation without refund.
• We reserve the right to carry out unannounced inspections of our home, if there is suspicion of inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities or possible damage to the space.
• If you require the use of the extendable couch during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary bedding. Since this is prepared only upon request, last-minute notices may not guarantee availability of linens.
• If you are booking for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshoots), kindly notify us in advance with the details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary.
• Guests are required to complete a Check In Form prior to their arrival which includes standard information (e.g. emergency contact number, etc.) as well as submitting a photo ID, as required by law, in accordance with art. 3, paragraph D of law nr. 237 from 2001 regarding guest access and registration in touristic structures.

Guests are welcome to enjoy full access to the apartment during their stay, with the only exception of a small storage area marked “Staff Only”, used by our team. Depending on the circumstances (e.g. emergencies, parties or complaints from neighbours), there may be times where our team requires entry into the home, especially in cases where the guest is unreachable. Our team will do our best to communicate any such events in advance.

Our home is located right in the heart of the city, across the street from the House of Parliament and close to the Old Town. Within a 7-minute radius are over 100 restaurants, clubs and pubs, plus many shops. Walk in nearby Izvor Park, one of the city's beautiful open spaces overlooking the House of Parliament.
Very close to the apartment, at Izvor Station, you will find a multitude of ways of transportation. Bus, Taxi, Metro, Bike Rentals and more. More important, you will find that everything is very close, parks, museums & lots of amazing restaurants.
