Description of the area

The apartment is located within the Bande Nere district, in the south-western part of Milan. The neighborhood takes its name from the main street that crosses it, via dei Bande Nere, which in turn derives from the name of the Bande Nere family, an ancient Italian aristocratic family. The area is characterized by a combination of residences, commercial activities and green areas.

In fact, Bande Nere is home to a variety of homes, including condominiums, private homes and some villas. Many of these structures were built during the 1970s and 1980s, and the architecture reflects the style of that period.

Furthermore, the area offers a wide range of services and shops, including supermarkets, clothing stores, restaurants, bars and cafés.

An important feature of Bande Nere is its proximity to the Parco delle Cave, a protected natural area that offers green spaces, pedestrian paths and cycle paths where you can relax and do physical activity.
