The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 28 m² flat for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, 50 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 2 people. It comprises a 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a 25 m² garden.
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- A 15 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hob, etc.
First floor
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (140×200) and storage space
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron.
Outside:
- 5m² terrace with table, four chairs and parasol
- A 10m² fenced garden with two deckchairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
- Walk to Courseulles-sur-Mer town centre
- Beach 50m away
- Juno Beach Museum
- 30km from the Colleville sur mer American cemetery
- 15km from the Caen Memorial
- Golf / Beaches / Cycling
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's numbered parking space. There is also free parking in front of the residence and paying car parks in the town centre.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Caen station 15 km away, served by public transport or by car.
- Bus 200m from the flat

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
