We are just a few minutes from the hospital area (Molinette, San Lazzaro Dermatological Hospital, Regina Margherita Hospital, Sant'Anna Hospital, CTO Trauma Center); Turin Lingotto Polytechnic, City of Health and Science University and Lingotto Fiere. Free street parking (not guaranteed)
The space
Apartment of about 40 square meters is located on the first floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift (not suitable for the disabled). The accommodation consists of
KITCHEN: with fridge, freezer, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, moka, MODOMIO coffee pod machine and kitchen utensils
LIVING AREA: with double sofa bed and dining area
BEDROOM: equipped with a double bed and wardrobe
BATHROOM: equipped with shower, bidet and hairdryer
Our guests will also have free unlimited WiFi, 2 fans, TV, iron and ironing board, washing machine, independent heating with boiler, balcony
Free street parking on white lines

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

N.B. Completing the registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment.
Please note that assistance for any problems related to the check-in with automated access is possible (remotely) until 23:00

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.
