In the basement there is the so-called library, a tribute to the thinkers who animated this house. Here you will find many books but also various seating areas and another sleeping accommodation. Large panoramic windows open onto a large terrace with dining area, the absolute highlight of the house. You have here a private access to the sea directly from your terrace. The house is located on a cliff and a steep path has been cut into the rock, which is not accessible to the public. Only the residents of the building have access from their terrace. Two comfortable double bedrooms ( 160x200), one with air conditioning on the upper floor, two bathrooms and another balcony offer plenty of space for four to five guests.The house has a parking space for vehicles with a maximum size of 4.50m high x 1.70m wide. If your vehicle is too big, you can drive up to the house to load and unload and then have to use the public parking space or book a parking space separately in a nearby garage.
