Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 35 m² studio apartment in Montévrain which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises a 22 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment comprises
- 22 m² living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Sleeping area with double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with bath, WC and washing machine
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Montévrain, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park directly in the apartment's private underground parking lot, covered and closed - space number 70. Street parking is also available.

- Nearest train station: Gare Val d'Europe RER A - 650 m / 8 minutes
- Nearest airport: Roissy CDG airport - 33 Km / 30 min - Orly 42 Km / 34 min
- A4 freeway exit 13 Provins / Marne La Vallée - 4Km / 8 min

- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
