The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 46 m² flat for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than 100 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
Wifi included. The accommodation comprises - A 24 m² living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower and WC The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : During your stay, you'll have the chance to take advantage of a wide range of activities: walks or cycle rides along the coast, to the marina or the pretty Edit park, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, swimming pool, casino, bowling, mini golf, skate park, etc. Visit the Juno Beach museum between the sea and the flat, accessible on foot.
Discovery of the D-Day landing beaches and museums. Bike hire. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private garage on the ground floor of the building.
Depending on the season, outdoor parking spaces are available close to the building. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Caen station 25.5 km away (35 minutes by car) and Bretteville - Norrey station (26 minutes by car). - Nearest airport: Caen - Carpiquet airport 27.2 km away (33 minutes by car). - Bus: nearest bus stop "Chant des oiseaux" 5-10 min walk. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). De omgeving, uitvalswegen, de rolluiken, zodat het koel bleef in huis. Loopafstand naar het strand en centrum in het dorp.

Heerlijk veel daglicht in het appartement, alles werkte naar behoren, heerlijke douche bankbed erg hard. Plezierig appartement, goed laken en handdoek pakket
Verkeerde garagebox, box the klein voor een middenklasse auto, deze kon er niet in. Appartement onvindbaar vanwege label 26 aan de sleutelbos. Na lang zoeken bleek onze sleutel op nr 25 te passen.
