This very nice studio, newly refurbished, consists of a beautiful living space of 22 sq. m and includes
- a nice terrace giving on a sunny garden,
- a comfortable living room with a double bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a well equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer,
- TV and Wifi,
- a private parking lot.

You will also be able to find the Halle du Marché covered marketplace at 10 min on foot and the train station at 20 min. Lastly, you will be a 30-min drive away from the cities of Deauville or Caen.

Dives - Cabourg train station → 5 min by car or 20 min on foot
Deauville-Normandie Airport → 35 min by car
