This nice and modern 76 sq. m house, on two levels, includes: - a nice terrace giving on a pleasant garden, - a nice living room - 3 bedrooms upstairs with a double bed each, - a bathroom upstairs with a shower, as well as independent toilets, - a well equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), - independent toilets downstairs, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment, - TV, WiFi and fan. ## Welkeys quality Discover the French art of vacation living with Welkeys. > Before your stay, our Welkeys experts will give you all the information you need for your arrival.

The Prequ'Île (Lyon hyper-center) is only 20 minutes away by transports, as well as the famous Tête d'Or park.
You'll be close to numerous adresses which will delight you : the restaurants Le Coq et la Mule, Pierre et Marcellin cheese shop, or the bar La Folle Horloge are only a few minutes away.
You'll also be only 10 minutes away from the Part-Dieu train station. ## Transit From Part-Dieu train station → 10 min by foot From Saint-Exupéry airport → 45 min by transports or 30 min by car ## Access At your arrival, you will be welcomed by the concierge of Welkeys who will give you keys and will assist you during your stay. ## Interaction We will be at your disposal before, during and after your stay.
