Superb 2-bedroom apartment located within the grounds of the renowned Château Bel Abri in Deauville, it will charm travelers seeking to enjoy a magnificent view of the racecourse while staying in a fully renovated and stylishly decorated accommodation!
Located in Deauville, facing the Deauville-la Touques racecourse, this superb luxury apartment offers all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay in Normandy. Situated within the prestigious Château Bel Abri, you can fully enjoy its one-hectare park.
With a maximum capacity of 3 people, the apartment is arranged as follows
- A spacious living area with a fully equipped open kitchen leading to the lounge/dining area offering a view of the castle's park.
- A master suite equipped with a high-quality double bed (140x200cm) and a superb "Italian-style" shower room.
- A bedroom/office equipped with a high-quality "pull-out bed" (140x200cm) and a reading corner.
It is located on the 2nd floor and has an elevator.
The accommodation is unique in its style, chic and elegant, and very well equipped, with a breathtaking view of Trouville-sur-Mer and its heights, the racecourse, and even offers a glimpse of the sea from the living room and bedroom. Golf enthusiasts can also enjoy the Golf Barrière which is located less than 300m from the apartment.
Provided for your convenience: bed linen and towels, safe, free WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, as well as 2 sun loungers to enjoy the park and the Norman sunshine.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
Upon request, an outdoor parking space may be available for the duration of your stay subject to availability.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to claim damages from the security deposit for any excesses or damages. - Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).

- Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged with us.

- Noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- No parties allowed
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation
- Pets are not allowed
- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
