Whether you want to relax with us or go on exciting excursions in the region: Our inn is the ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities and hikes such as Soleleitungsweg, Lattengebirge, Schmuckenstein, Mordaualm.
The cross-country skiing trail Taubensee is within walking distance, to the skiing areas Hochschwarzeck and Götschen you drive about 10-15 minutes by car.
We will be happy to help you have a great time with us.
We stand for this with our many years of experience and a large number of regular guests.
About the host Breakfast from 7.30 am to 9.30 am.
For late risers we are happy to arrange a small breakfast in the lounge by arrangement.
If larger mountain tours are planned, you can also take a packed lunch instead or additionally (then with surcharge).
In the lounge there is a refrigerator with drinks for self-service. terms/extras The mentioned prices are plus spa tax of EUR 3,10 for adults, EUR 1,55 for children/youth from 7 to 16 years and EUR 0,00 for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).
Garage at availability EUR 6.00 per day.
Payment on the spot.
Non-arrival: You can cancel the room up to 30 days before free of charge, up to one week before we charge 50% of the price for bed and breakfast and from one week before 80% of the price for bed and breakfast.
Of course, we will only charge for the actual loss, i.e. the days on which we are unable to rent out the room.
We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
You may already be insured through the ADAC or your credit card, otherwise you could also take out this insurance with the Europäische Reiseversicherung at https://www.reiseversicherung.de/de/versicherung/reiseruecktrittsversicherung/index.html.
Also in case of early departure, 80% of the price for bed and breakfast will be charged.
In case we have to close down due to official orders, the cancellation is free of charge.
Arrival Description Freeway A8 Munich- Salzburg to exit Siegsdorf/Traunstein, continue on the B306 direction Berchtesgaden, via Inzell, Weißbach to Unterjettenberg, from there on the B305 via Gasthaus Wachterl approx. 1.5 km straight ahead to Gästehaus Baltram.
The inn is located on the left side.

Das angebotene Abendessen.
Ausreichende Auswahl zum Frühstück.
Keine Auswahl an Brötchen oder Brot. Es gab nur eine Sorte Aufbackbrötchen.
Unsere Empfehlung: Etwas dunkles Brot oder ein paar Körnerbrötchen wären nicht schlecht.
Der Rest des angebotenen Frühstücks war sehr gut und ausreichen ( wie bereits erwähnt).

Perfekte früh-Stückspension mit sehr schönen Zimmer.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Auch das Abendessen (wenn angeboten) sehr gut. Man konnte sich auch immer eine Brotzeit bestellen. Diese wurden dann im Kühlschrank hinterlegt. Sehr guter Service.
