Information about the host Our property is open all year round.
The Siegllehen was originally a forester's lodge of the royal hunters.
In order to offer our guests the necessary comfort, our house was lovingly renovated! Our guesthouse is also ideally located in winter! In front of our house is a water trough with benches, a beautiful large coffee terrace with awning and an impressive view of the Berchtesgaden mountains.
Enjoy breakfast here, a cool drink during the day or spend a cozy evening with our house guests.
Our large sunny balcony, which is accessible to every guest, invites you to relax and enjoy.
Our house is centrally located in an unobstructed sunny location. 4 hectares of own land around the house, guarantee you peace and relaxation.

Environment description Our property is located 5 minutes walk from the Königssee, standing alone and surrounded by the magnificent mountains of the Berchtesgaden Alps, at the foot of the Watzmann.
Experience pure cottage romance in the valley - in summer and winter! Our park-like facility offers all our guests enough space to relax without having to "look for the distance". terms/extras The mentioned prices are plus health resort tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youngsters from 7 to 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay. (subject to change) Price surcharge for dogs Arrival Description You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg.
Take the exit Bad Reichenhall.
This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs towards Berchtesgaden.You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come to the large traffic circle at the Berchtesgaden train station.
Take the Königssee exit and follow the Königsseer Straße (B20) straight ahead.
At the gas station turn left into Sieglweg.
Our house is located after a few meters on the right side.
