Cozy and modern 65 sqmapartment, on two levels, able to accommodate up to 6 people, located on the ground floor of a building (a few steps to access). The property is located in a quiet area, about 500 meters from Piazza della Libertà, and well served by public transport, ideal for visiting the city while staying away from the chaos of the historic centre.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a small courtyard at the entrance.

The space is organized as follows:

- ENTRANCE COURTYARD with table and chairs;
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, fridge, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave oven, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, flat screen TV and double sofa bed;
- BATHROOM I with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
> TOP LEVEL:
- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with French double bed (width: 140 cm) and chest of drawes;
- BATHROOM II with shower, sink and toilet,
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the two bedrooms), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
ATTENTION: there are some steps to access the apartment and internal stairs to reach the upper floor; be careful if traveling with children.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the tourist tax (€5.50 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.30

Piazza della Libertà is just a few minutes walk from the accommodation.
The center is easily reachable by public transport (15/20 minutes) and, once reached, it will be possible to visit all the main attractions of the city on foot. Main attractions: - Piazza della Libertà: 6 minutes on foot; - Cathedral and Baptistery of San Giovanni: 20 minutes by public transport; - Uffizi Gallery: 26 minutes by public transport; - Ponte Vecchio: 30 minutes by public transport. - Il Clarinetto Pizzeria Restaurant: 10 minutes on foot; - Bar Robiglio (bar/pastry shop): 10 minutes on foot; - Esselunga (supermarket): 10 minutes on foot. - From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment in about 30 minutes by taxi, or by reaching Santa Maria Novella station (tram or shuttle service) and from there proceed towards the property (see below). - From Santa Maria Novella station, it is possible to take several buses that stop at "Lorenzo Il Magnifico Libertà", a 4-minute walk from the apartment. - If you travel by car, it is possible to park, for a fee, on the street (blue lines) near the apartment (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable).
