Bright recently renovated apartment with lateral sea view, which sleeps two people in great comfort. The accommodation is located in a period building in the enchanting Posillipo district and is the ideal base for reaching the Fuorigrotta fair area and Vomero, well connected by road transport. The nearby funicular (700 meters) also allows you to reach Mergellina and from here connect with the city center to explore the wonders of Naples.


The 50 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: you need to climb the stairs to access it.


It should also be noted that there are 6 internal steps to access the kitchen and bathroom + 1 step to the bedroom.


The internal space is composed as follows
- Eat-in kitchen with sea view folding snack table with stools and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle and traditional oven

- Living room with sofa and TV

- Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe

Our panoramic and bright apartment is located in via Villanova, a road entirely dug out of the tuff which was once used by farmers and fishermen for trade between land and sea. In fact, the road winds its way, through a scenic stairway, from via Manzoni on the ridge of the Posillipo hill to the sea, at Baia Due Frati. Located in a quiet residential area, it is the perfect base for traveling to and from Posillipo, but also the Fuorigrotta trade fair area and Vomero are easily reachable by road transport. The nearby funicular, just 700 meters away, allows you to reach Mergellina and then connect with the city center. LA MAISON DE BLINOU is the choice for those who want to enjoy the city in a panoramic area with little traffic in Naples.


- From Naples Airport, the apartment can be reached with the Alibus shuttle service to the "Garibaldi" station. From the station, take the L2 underground to the "Mergellina" stop and from here the F4 funicular to the "Manzoni" stop, 700 meters from the accommodation.


- From Naples Central Station, take the L2 underground to the "Mergellina" stop and from here the F4 funicular to the "Manzoni" stop, 700 meters from the accommodation.


- For those traveling by car, pay attention: it is possible to reach the accommodation by car for loading/unloading luggage, but it is necessary to park on Via Manzoni (NOT guaranteed) a few meters from the accommodation. Alternatively, it is possible to park at the Garage Manzoni, in Via Alessandro Manzoni 120/A, 550 meters from the accommodation.
